Extra curricular activities are an important provision in any school and BIS is justifiably proud of the wide range of activities offered. These range from various sports clubs and performing/creative arts activities to language classes, hobby clubs, including photography, chess and a range of club activities that students and staff enjoy throughout the year.

The types of extra-curricular activities offered will vary each term according to the demand and interests of the staff and students. The clubs are held during lunch break or after school.

The International Award (Duke of Edinburgh Award) is also offered by the school to students over the age of 14.
