Residential Trips and Visits

The British International School, Vietnam believes in the all-round development of its students. To this end the school ensures that the programme of residential trips and visits it organises are well-planned, structured, show progression and provide continuity with classroom learning. Each trip is carefully planned to provide a range of age appropriate opportunities for the development of personal qualities such as leadership, independence, self-esteem and perseverance as well as developing respect for different cultures. For many year groups there are compulsory trips and visits where participation is expected from all students. For the academic year 2009 – 2010 these are:

In addition to the listed residential trips there are a wide range of day trips and visits which enhance the curriculum and allow the students to contextualise their school studies into the local world around them.
